Cabinet assembly is made up of 18 different components. Stiffeners are spot welded into place and all outside edges are welded and ground smooth. Each cabinet contains 2 side doors and 1 back door. The stiffeners for the doors are fastened using a double-faced high temperature foam tape. Each door and the cabinet are powder coated and assembled at Chapco, Inc. using special hardware and mounted on a special customer designed skid.
