Heat reclamation technology. The Advance Dry 75 from Advance Laundry Solutions reclaims the heat otherwise disposed of as a waste product of drying laundry. By reclaiming the heat and using it to heat water or the air temperature the Advance Dry 75 runs virtually energy free. Chapco purchased this exciting new technology over three years ago and has since perfected the Advance Dry system to dry laundry quickly and efficiently. The re-engineering of the Advance Laundry Solutions system required our team of electrical and mechanical engineers to break down the system into a more cost effective and efficient dryer. Reducing the price point and increasing the amount of energy captured and reused made this product market ready after months of development. Today Advance Dry Systems are manufactured and distributed across the country from our Chester, Connecticut facilities. The Bio-EZ product line is the latest Chapco project to be engineered and manufactured in our Connecticut facilities. The Bio-EZ, by Waste to Water LLC is a self-contained, continual feed, organic waste disposal system designed to biologically convert solid waste materials into liquid. Using a process perfected by nature, it decomposes food waste into a nutrient rich liquid that is virtually odor free, and is safely disposed of through existing sewage treatment facilities or septic systems. The primary function of the BIO-EZ is to accelerate the natural decomposition process by maintaining optimal levels of aeration, moisture, and temperature. Under these controlled conditions, the Pat. Pend., micro-organisms safely decompose the food waste at much faster rate than natural decomposition; without soil and ground water contamination. The BIO-EZ can safely and quickly decompose any kind of food waste including: vegetable/fruit scraps, raw and cooked meats, fish, poultry, and dairy products. Chapco took…
Harvesting daylight for indoor use is not new. Harvesting daylight economically is new. The result of American ingenuity, the Sunshine is an integrated, patented product with worldwide applications. Sunshine systems are rugged, leak free, through-the-roof luminaries that collect sunlight through a prismatic roof-top lens that directs it downward. The sunlight is diffused and distributed into the interior space as cool comfortable light. The design and construction of the Sunshine products has evolved over the past ten years in active use at a wide range of facilities. The project list covers schools, offices, super markets, military bases, warehouses, wineries and retail.Over three years ago Chapco was presented with concepts and a prototype of the first Sunshine. Excited about the potential of developing such and energy saving lighting solution we examined the principles behind the prototype that made it successful, then looked to improve the product for productivity, "weather detection technology" and…
Step on the Speedboard, and the gravity of your own body will bring it to life. Step on and begin walking , step up further and begin running, step up even farther and you'll start to sprint, step backwards and the Speedboard will stop. This is the Planet's first quality motor-less treadmill ever produced that allows people to walk, jog, run, and sprint without making any adjustments to the treadmill other than shifting your center of gravity forward and backwards. This novel Speed Control allows people of any weight and size to adjust their own speed in fractions of a second. The user controls the speed by positioning their body along the curved running surface. Stepping forward initiates movement, as the user propels themselves up the curve the speed increases. The Speed Fit is currently under development by Chapco for a re-design that has ultimately improved performance of the product significantly.…
Transform your pool into a home gym, providing a unique, low impact, high intensity workout that is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Chapco was offered the challenge of improving the design of the Aquabilt for performance, manufacturability and price point improvement. Chapco's engineering team successfully value-engineered the Aquabilt Treadmill. After the redesign of the Aquabilt Treadmill, Chapco continues to manufacture the parts for the Aquabilt and ships the parts directly to the manufacturing facilities here in the US. Chapco offers low cost solution to small volume businesses. Because we manufacture and fabricate all our parts here in the US, we can deliver the quantities you need, when you need them.
